Problems with Gemini after exiting an app
After I get done watching something on any of my apps and exit the screen I come back to is a black screen with the message "scoreguide" in a small rectangular box on the bottom right screen. This last for about 30 seconds then just a black screen The only way out of it and to be able to watch DirectTV programing is to reset the Gemini box.

Hi Marie, This article doesn't help as the first step is to chose a remote. Mine is neither. It is a Gemini remote provided by DIRECTV. The pictures show a Genie remote or a Universal remote. The second step shows a Genie box not a Gemini Box.

When DTVhelp sends you a DM/PM a box appears at the top of this page near the bell icon

Hi @DIRECTVhelp I still do not have a DM. I have no box at top of screen near the bell for DM or PM
