Problem blinking red light on one tv

Our living room tv box blinking red after power outage. Tried reset button 20 secs, unplugging 20 secs. Unplugging TV and box from wall 10 mins. Bedroom tv working fine , phones strong WiFi. We have a booster box and living room tv(not working) is the closest. Looked on Hisense TV says connected to my WiFi and signal strong. Box continues to blink red and not work.  In past we’ve had issues recently with this tv saying weak or no signal and issues with sound working when turned on.  Please help! Tried everything I could find on internet and always just blinks red! Want to fix for good all issues as it’s driving my wife nuts!!!
