One-Time Recordings Not Recording

Hi -

I've been setting up one-time recordings of the Dodgers on Spectrum SportsNet (channel 690) for years. Now, all of a sudden the games are not recording. Other one-time recordings (such as Lakers, TV shows, special events) record just fine, but for some reason the Dodgers games are not recording.

I've tried rebooting my DVR, but the problem persists.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would prefer not to do a factory re-set and lose all of my settings and recordings. I'm trying to understand why only the Dodgers' games are not recording.

Strange as my HR24 is recording them except when there was the 99 sat outage 2 days ago.

Maybe the outage was the issue. I've got today's game set to record at 5:00 pm. We shall see...

I was able to watch the noon game during the outage by selecting the low resolution option that switched me to the streaming internet version that can't be recorded.

The option showed up when I tuned to 690, It was showing 771 you can watch it in low resolution, at that time I didn't know there was an outage on the 99 sat that carries 690.

I wasn't watching the game...I was recording it for later viewing...so I wouldn't have seen the 771 error. I'm hoping that's the problem. I've got today's 5pm game set to record. Fingers crossed...

If I understand @shannon02 correctly, it seems the low resolution option is only available when I am watching the game I'm trying to record in real time. I'm trying to record games while I'm working, and watch them at a later time.

Right, but the low resolution streaming version can't be recorded.

Well, yesterday's game recorded as scheduled. Looking forward to seeing what happens today. Perhaps all along it was the 771 issue that @shannon02 discussed above.
