On Demand Not available or connection to apps
I have been having tis problem for a month now and Directv services just told me that they are having a technical issue with connecting customers to the internet via their tv services. That means no on-demand services and no access to their app feature to access MAX or other apps. I was given no time for a solution for an explanation to the cause of the outage/disconnection.
Having a problem with not being provided with the information by Directv-why I have to call with the problem.
I was told to call back next month to see if there is a revised solution. I wonder if the fee schedule will be adjusted to compensate a lack of service.

On Demand is working in CA. All DTV does is send you to the channels server. Since Max is a separate streaming service DTV has nothing to do with it
