No on-demand

Recently had a technician replace a dead HR54 receiver with another HR54.  Has been in place now for about a week.  I'm not able to access any On Demand content.  From the main menu I choose On Demand and for example, TNT On Demand.  All I get is a minimized main screen in the upper left corner and the rest of the screen is black.  I've waited several minutes for something to show up and nothing.  My wireless connection is "Excellent" according to system info.  And as I said, the box has been in place for about a week so I would have to think that any downloading or updating should have happened by now.  Suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Try a red button reset.

Thanks Shannon, but I've done so, a few times.

Try a search for        clearmybox         this will dump the guide data and a few other things and it will take a day or 2 to rebuild, any programs set to record will.

Nada. Did red button restart, clearmybox, power cycled router, reset wireless settings on HR54.  When accessing on demand content from Menu or by choosing the channel, get minimized main screen in upper left, entirely black on rest of screen.  Guide and artwork are otherwise fully re-populated after these restarts, wireless signal is excellent per system info.  Thanks to all so far.  Any other ideas?

Just noticed something odd that may be relevant.  Although the system info on the HR54 says Wireless Connected , Signal Strength Excellent, and Internet Connected, when I go to my account on directv.com it says that box is "Not connected to Internet".  ID and card numbers match.  How is that possible?
