News Mix Channel 71 stuck on CNN

What is the receiver model of the box you are using? If you have more than one receiver,does this issue occur on multiple? A red button reset would have been the prime resolution, but given you've tried if already, it could certainly be a nationwide issue.

I had tried the red reset and it did not work.......however I have just turned on the TV and it has worked so the lesson learned is after a reset turn off the TV wait and then turn on again.

I have the same problem right now. News Mix channel 200 has 6 panes with CNN in the upper left. When I turned on channel 200 in the past, there was a blue box around CNN and I could navigate (i.e. move the blue box) around the panes using the arrow keys on the remote to move from CNN to Fox to MSNBC to BBC to the weather channels. Today, I turned on the TV and there's no blue box around CNN, so it is stuck on CNN. I have tried to reboot using the red button on the main DVR and my Genie boxes. I have tried "CLEARMYBOX" keyword search, which does the same thing as the red button. I have tried turning the DVR off then on. Turning the TV off then on. Unplugging the DVR and TV. Nothing has brought back the blue box. Stinks.

I have found sometimes I have to use the down "arrow" to get the blue box
