New update!
Does anyone know how to navigate the new update menu? I can’t find my recordings or delete my recordings? Spent hours recording this weekend and now where are they? I have reset the dvr numerous times with no luck! I am so frustrated because I feel we spend lots of money for these services and now I can’t even view my recordings. Should I call and spend hours on the phone again with this company?

Known bug. Make sure the reset is done on the main Genie box, not one of the Clients.
If red button reset doesn't work, try unplugging power (again from the main box) for a minute or two. That should kick out any cached memory that may be interfering with the update properly going into effect. Be aware the guide (both from satellite and On Demand) may take a day or two to be fully showing.

Press the "List" button. If it comes back with how to record then pressing the red button on the Genie has restored it back to showing your recordings.
