New card put in my DirecTV box at my motel in four rooms

I put a new card in my DirecTV box in four rooms at my motel and they are all given the same message 711 error please call front desk card not activated

771 is usually a dish alignment problem and most commercial accounts have a business manager assigned to the account to contact.

711 or 771 error?

You can't just swap Receiver access cards. Why are you using new cards?  Where did you get them?
