My Gemini does not have audio or video

Turned system on this morning and could not get any audio or video.  Guide and everything else shows but no video or sound.  Tried o do a reset but no change.  Ran a system test and it said "OK"

Some update info.  If I leave it on for about 10 minutes, I go to guide and select a channel and hit OK, the picture and sound turn on.  It will not let me go to a channel directly only if I use the guide and select it.

Many times.  I received a call from one of your techs this morning.  He is going to call back again tomorrow to see if I have the same problem.  Once the system was on for about an hours, it started working.  Slow but I was able to select channels again.

I believe the call came Directly from Direct TV.  It was from their customer support team
