I have a Vizio V405-H19 hooked up to my Genie HR54-500. I have two other TVs hooked up through C61K700s. Both of the other TVs get 4k one of which is an older Vizio 35 inch model. The TV that no longer gets 4k is hooked up using an Ultra HDMI cable (probably 2.2). I have also tried with a 2.0a cable with no luck. As far as I remember this TV used to be able to show 4k Directv content. The Genie is hooked up to HDMI 1 which has CEC. I have a Roku hooked up to HDMI 2 which receives 4k programming with no problem. I have no idea what is going on. The Genie is getting a little long in the tooth, but I haven't had problems with it. Does anyone have a clue?

What box is connected to the TV that doesn't get the 4K channels?
Only the C61K boxes can deliver 4K content. The TV connected to the HR54 won't get 4K content.
