Looking for info on Diagnostic Code 48-72-706

I have a larger DirecTV home setup with 1 DVR (Genie H44-700), 1 HD Receiver (H24-100), 4 Genie Minis (2 C41-500's. 1 C61-100 and 1 C61W-700).  The C61W is connected via a DirecTV Wireless Video Bridge.  I have Whole Home DVR on my account.   About 2 months ago I began having some problems on one of my C41-500 mini genies.  When watching DVR content from this receiver (Master Bedroom) it would, on occasion, reboot itself with the message displayed on the TV that receiver was restarting.  Once it was restarted I could continue watching my DVR content.  Sometimes this would work fine for the rest of the evening and sometimes this reboot process would occur 4-5 times in a row before normal behavior resumed.  This only has occurred on the C41 in the Master Bedroom and it only happened when watching DVR content from the main Genie Receiver (H44).  I had no problems with watching live TV from this C41.  One other thing to note is that when this reboot process would occur the LED light on the receiver would be a solid orange.

I finally decided to run a system test on this C41 and it finished with 1 test failing.  The Diagnostic Code is 48-72-706 and the description is "Home Network Interference Problem.  The receivers below have reduced network performance.  If you are having a problem viewing recordings from these receivers, please call Customer Service."  I went and ran the System Test on the other DTV receivers in my home and they all come back with this same Diagnostic Code.   My first thought is that either my H44-700 is beginning to fail or that my splitter out at the dish is faulty.

Before calling into phone support I was hoping that I might get some guidance and/or more clarity from the DTV community.

Thanks.

I believe that this error is occurring due to a degrading SWM splitter, but it could also be bad coaxial cable going from the splitter to your Genie mini. You can try to fix the issue yourself but these type of errors can be caused for a wide range of reasons beside the ones I listed (most common reasons), so I strongly suggest calling for a service visit.
