List of Recordings shows “None”

Today (10/12/23) I moved my DVR HR24-100 and TV to another room. All my recordings are gone. They still show on my living room tv box HR44-500, though. I have reset both, plugged and unplugged both, but they are gone from the HR24-100 DVR. How can I fix this?

Were those recordings actually stored on your HR24, or being viewed via Whole Home DVR sharing from the HR44?
