Like To only need ONE Remote

Got the RC66RX remote with anticipation of it controlling/accessing my Roku stick. Starting to set up and found the DTV rep was wrong. Is ther a DTV remote that does it all? What does DTV have against ROKU?

You'll need a much more capable Universal Remote to control devices like your Roku. Logitech Harmony are among the best, but they've been discontinued and can be hard to find.

Only that they are a competitor,  DTV remotes are only made to control DTV receivers and TV on/off and TV/soundbar volume

I had the harmony system, but it only worked ok, it was the best at the time, now I have a SofaBaton, better, and I use one remote for:

Denon 8k receiver

Gemini

Blu Ray

VCR

You force the Gemini remote to IR, then learn the commands that are not in the SofaBaton data base.

The SofaBaton has a hub, like the top line Harmony did, but the database of what it can control is huge. It also apparently can give bluetooth commands, but have not tried that.

I'm still building my Genie / Gemini pages but here's perhaps some interesting stuff: (I'll be putting the SofaBaton tips there soon)
