Initial connection issue
Hi, I recently switched from directv to cable, and learn within less then three hours that I made a grave mistake. I called directv to reinstate service, which I thought would be simple, given that all the equipment is still installed, but I can’t seem to get is back up an running. I have a smart hub in my closet wit four possible connections, and no e of them seem to connect to the the directv. The cable tech must have modified outside in front of the house me preventing my directv connection?

Could be they disconnected the dish coax. DTV uses SWM splitters so don't know what a smart hub is.
