Impossible to access Max via Gemini but loads first attempt on Firestick
I am typing this on behalf of my parents. Legit DirecTV subscribers who access Max via Gemini until recently.
We have been on the phone with tech support for more than three hours. Two different technicians. Tried to help but were useless. Couldn’t sign in via provider, remote control, Wi Fi or QR link. Can’t sign in. Can’t sign in. Can’t sign in. Can’t sign in.
Yet when we switched to Fire Stick, it fired up Max on the first attempt. A third tech called back and tried to pass it off to their Smart TV: A 2023 TCL model
What is the deal? How can a competitor streaming company provide seamless service and yet the owner of Max can’t provide access? At all?
Very frustrated that no one has a definitive answer and just passes the buck.
Is there hope for direct access via their brand new Gemini?
