I need to order a new remote or new Genie.

My remote no longer powers on the Genie.  I have tried resetting the genie, changing the batteries resetting the remote and I get no connection.  Your customer service phone line is over an hour wait. I don't have time to wait on the phone.  If I can't get this resolved I will cancel all my plans with AT&T and sign up with Xfinity.
