How to quickly and easily delete multiple episodes recorded on my DVR like we used to be able to do

Does anyone at ATT/Directv listen to customers?  I have seen no acceptable answer to the question of how to easily select and then delete multiple episodes or recordings on my DVR the way we used to be able to do. As it is now, unless you want to delete every episode in a recorded series, each episode has to be individually deleted in a very time-consuming way.  This feature should not have been eliminated.  Just because some users accidentally deleted a recorded show by mistake, is no reason to eliminate the feature. People are trainable!  Now that a new season is starting, I want to be sure that my DVR has enough room  to record want I want to record!!

 

If anyone else has this complaint and wishes the ability to select many episodes at the same time and then do a mass delete, please let ATT/Directv hear about it!

We appreciate you for reaching out to share your feedback! We understand that some customers find the new method of deleting recordings to be inconvenient, and we're sorry about that.

 

One option you have to delete multiple recordings is to delete the entire folder for the series.

I was forced to quit U-Verse, which had this feature, to DIRECTV which does not.  I would love to hear there is an answer, or they intend to fix it, so I too posted this same question.
