You should be able to cancel online. Another option might be to cancel by text. The last time I had a tech visit scheduled, I got text notifications about the visit with an option to reschedule.

I didn't get an online cancellation option last time I had a tech visit.

We spent 3 hours yesterday trying to get a hold of someone at direct tv that could activate HD on our school account. We had no luck. Does anyone know how to get a hold of a person that can help us?

You have posted personal info on a public forum for anyone in the world  to scam you.

@LeahHorner

To cancel the appointment CALL customer support. This shouldn't be an alien concept.

NEVER post personal info in a public forum. You just ask the crooks of the world to scam you.

Discussion is from back in 2021. Best to check details of post so you aren't digging up something old or the question has already been answered. If after reading you don't get your answer, post a question in a recent relevant thread and start your own.
