Same thing happened to my 84 year old parents who have a heart condition and can't get out of their driveway to go get their medications. Been calling since the 1st and they say they will get back with us in 24 hours! Not even an ambulance could come in to get them if they had to call 911. Basically, they are saying sorry about your luck, we are too busy. Let alone the horses can get tangled in the downed line as well.
Direct Tv can reach the line. The pole is on the main road. It is not all the way down is hanging to about 4 feet off ground and my parents can't leave their driveway to get out. Horses are playing with it and could pull completely down.
DTV sat doesn't use poles, the coax is run from the dish mounted on the property to the receiver. You need to contact the utility company that is responsible for the poles.

DTV only has coax from the dish to the SWM splitter, if these are from a pole then it is not DTV. Tech support is 24/7 365

If emergency service can't reach them how is DTV suppose to? Downed lines do not belong to DTV.
