Help! Can't find TV Code

Grammy got a new TV (TLC Roku TV 32S357). She had her old TV paired with the DTV remote so she could turn it on/off and manage the volume. I've been trying to set up the DTV remote (RC66RX) to the new TV and nothing so far. I've tried codes I found online and the remote set up through DTV menu. Anything I'm missing???

What is the receiver model? I ask because I wanted to ensure that the RC66RX is the correct remote for the receiver.

Program Universal remote for an HD DVR or HD receiver

Press MENU on your remote.
Select Settings & Help > Settings > Remote Control > Program Remote.
Choose the device (TV) you wish to program. If you don’t see your TV or device listed, use the code lookup tool to find the 5-digit code.
