Guide Not Updating / Title Not Available about 4 days out
My guide (satellite dish) is essentially showing "Title Not Available" for all channels 5 days from now. I restarted the receiver yesterday, which seemed to resolve the issue. However, this morning, the same issue appears to be happening. Because of this, my scheduled recordings are not showing, nor can I view the guide for upcoming shows I may want to record.

Try doing a Keyword SEARCH using "CLEARMYBOX". This will reset the DVR's Guide database. It will not delete your recordings.
