Guide descriptions are wrong

Trying to record Mav Tv and NBC Sports coverage of Lucas Oil Pro Motocross. I preset 3 recordings, and it recorded Sprint Car races, Indy Cars, and Golf. Not even close...

I’m not receiving the services I’m paying for.

What will be done about these errors? I just switched from Dish do I could watch pro-motocross, and all 3 recorded programs are not what the guide indicated.
