Guide button doesn’t work

My guide button doesn’t work on genie remote. I did the red test button on tower and box and it still doesn’t work

if resetting the remote does not work you made need a New remote -if you have the protection plan call and they will send you a New one -if not you can a remote on Ebay or Amazon.
