"Get your best picture. Let's check......" message

Is anyone else getting the "Get your best picture. Let's check to make sure you're seeing the highest-quality image and clearest resolution your TV supports" message appearing periodically on the screen?  It's annoying!  I have no reason to mess with the resolution.  I have the HR44/200 receiver.  This message isn't showing up on the other two receivers in the house. If there's a way to keep this message from popping up please let me know.

Yes, your HR44/200 isn’t on an HD res. That is why it keeps bothering you. ON the front of the HR44 there is a ‘RES’ button more to the right. Double press it to toggle the resolution to 1080i. That should get rid of the message.

How exactly is the HR44 connected to your TV? This message shouldn't appear if you're using HDMI cable.

I do have an hdmi cable connected.  I've also tried pressing the little red button and also unplugging it to no avail.

I get this occasionally for no good reason. My HR54 is set to deliver 1080i and my connection is HDMI

Hit Menu on the remote then go to settings then go to display then go to TV Resolutions and make sure 1080i and 1080p are only checked off.

I hit okay on this and now half of my screen is missing/cut off. How do I fix?

Do you have a 4K TV @CLCochran ? Did you try going back and Hit Menu on the remote then go to settings then go to display then go to TV Resolutions and make sure 1080i and 1080p are only checked off ?
