Gemini problems

Got a new wireless gemini box. DIRECTV channels work great and screen says connected to Wi-Fi. When I try to use the apps, all the apps say not connected to Wi-Fi. I then plug a Ethernet cable into the back and all the apps work great. Then when I go back to DIRECTV channels they won’t connect.  What can I do to get both to work off the Ethernet cable.

What Geni server do you have? The Gemini cannot work by itself.
