Gemini air unit keeps locking up

We're having to do a hard reboot by unplugging a couple times of day.  Running on fast 500 MB/s AT&T Fiber internet with a Samsung Tizen TV.  I'm suspecting the issues have to do with compatibility with the Samsung.  Please help.

We're sorry that you're having trouble with setting up your Gemini Air, @bettymc Please unplug your device for at least 30 seconds together with your internet modem, and then plug it back in. AFAIK the Gemini Air is for streaming only, this is the DTV sat forum try the DTV via internet AKA DTV streaming forum.
