Estes Park Quality INN
One receiver set up near the front desk is saying sorry experiencing inclement weather while all the rest of the receivers in the hotel are displaying this channel(animal planet). The dish itself is clean of debris. There are other channels that used to come in that are displaying this inclement weather code on this one t.v. as well. Once again its only on this one t.v./reciever. The error code 771 is also displaying briefly upon resets.

Boss contact direct t.v. or satellite company. It appears one of the heads are out on the disk(problem began after our first snow of the winter). We are having a service tech come to guarantee a proper installation.

"771" indicates a signal reception issue.
Sounds like you are part of a multi-dwelling unit (MDU) satellite setup. Typically those setups are managed by a third party company, not directly by DirecTV. Do you know who installed and maintains your satellite equipment?

This appears to be a hotel in Colorado, so either you need to contact your local DIRECTV for BUSINESS hospitality dealer to assist in sending a technician out to troubleshoot the box and/or wiring, or (if you signed up for DIRECTV BUSINESS through the DIRECTV commercial department themselves), call the DIRECTV for BUSINESS number in my greeting below. Ensure that you speak to an agent that can assist hospitality (hotel) accounts, as each one is different.
