Error Eirac4

We use the Directv for business app and it stopped working.  When we try to log in it says "Error EIRAC4 Currently unable to connect".  I have power cycled the device, deleted and reinstalled the app, but still having the issue. iOS 17.1.1  Please advise ASAP!

iPad running on iOS 17.2.1.

Yes I have reinstalled the Directv for Business app.
