Equipment setup and alignment help

1)  What would be a inexpensive meter not a $700.00 one to point dish?

2) compatible LNB's list? Seems SL3-SWM new one does it all?

3) Why did the alignment change when dish has not moved? Did satellite move a tiny bit?

4) some of satellites are not available on setup: 99(CB) transponders 4,5 =0

99s no transponders, 103s no transponders ? note this is making absolutely

      no difference to our channels.

Use the built in meters and have someone tell you what they are or use a small TV.

Sat don't move otherwise DTV would have to realign every dish.

The S transponders are for your local channels and RSN.

Had an issue with my genie remote control not working properly. The remote control would turn on my tv and receiver but it wouldn’t turn the tv off. The remote was programmed correctly, and both receiver and tv were reset and operating normally. Here’s the fix:

Press MENU, go to Settings, then scroll over to Display and select. Then scroll down to Video and select. Then scroll over HDMI Control and turn it to “OFF”. Now my genie remote turns the receiver/tv on and off, as expected.

AFAIK DTV removed the ability to turn off HDMI control in the latest update.
