DirecTV Stream Gemini remote code base

I'm new hear and have tried to search this issue without much luck so I am asking if anyone can help with my issues.

The remote code base in the DirecTV Stream Gemini box/remote is seriously lacking. There appears to be only 2 Vizio code sets. One set will control the audio but not the power. The other will control the power but not the audio! I'm finding a similar issue with a new Hisense TV. The first, auto programed, code seemed to control everything but everytime you hit "volume down", it turns the volume down but also pops up the picture menu in the tv! You have to turn the TV off to get it to go away or use the TV remote. I used the manual setup and it solved that problem but now, it won't turn the TV off!

We are a short term rental complex and just converted to Directv Stream from a cable company. This is going to be a nightmare if we don't solve these remote issues!

You can do a factory reset by press and holding the fast-forward and rewind button together at the same time.
