Directv remote app issues/Questions

I have 13 H24s(some are -100 and some -200) they are all on ethernet and can be controlled by selecting the box in the upper right drop down than using the remote icon. However

  1. The box that is labeled office cannot be renamed, it does not appear in the settings. I have tried changing the location field on the box itself but the label still persists
  2. How do I delete the boxes that do not exist(and never have) on my LAN? The ones beginning with CXP in the below image do not give me an option to delete them in the settings
  3. On the Homescreen why do I get "Reviever Not Available" despite being able to control the boxes beginning with TV from the icon in the upper right

Hello there! Thank you for providing us with that information and with the screenshots. Please follow these steps to name the receivers:

1) Press menu button

2) Select "settings and help"

3) Select "settings"

4) Select "whole-home"

5) Select "Name location"

6) Type location name

7) Select "update name"
