DIRECTV GEMINI CC PROBLEM

We have added a Gemini back in January.  It works well with the exception that it displays Spanish CC’s instead of English on Channels 402 and local 25 for some shows that have CC in English on CC3.  This works correctly on my Genie Minis and worked on the main receiver prior to the Gemini being attached to it.  I called DirecTV to get this resolved back in January.  They sent us a new Gemini but that didn’t resolve it.  We have another home which we have service and have the same problem.  They were going to pass this to tech support engineers.  To this day it has not been resolved.  I called back about a week ago and they told me that I would be contacted by that team.  What does DirecTV plan on doing to resolve this?  It is inconvenient for me to watch these shows on other than my main TV.  Thanks.
