Directv for Business App

Hi. I have a business account with 12 receivers, I am in the process of connecting all 12 to the internet to be able to use the Directv Business App. We got 4 of them connected easily with ethernet last night and I am able to control all 4 though the app that are green.

How ever when I log into the app, and it tells me that all of the 4 receivers are unavailable.
How Can I fix this? Please remember this is a business account.

I suggest you contact your DIRECTV business dealer to get your Receivers connected to the Internet as they will best assist you with the situation. This forum is intended for residential customers and while we can provide some information to business customers, such accounts are more complex and involve different wiring situations. 

If the app is acting up, try reinstalling it or updating it if possible. Also, ensure that the iPad/Android tablet you are using is fully updated to the latest iOS/Android version. Moreover, ensure that the tablet is connected to the same WiFi network as your H24/H25/H44/H26K receivers.
