DIRECTV Business remote app

Is the app no longer functional?  We use this at our restaurant and about a week a go it stopped letting us log in. I have tried resetting the login, etc with no luck. When we call in originally we were told there was no issues then we were told it was only for Apple products. I purchased an android product and still the same issues
