Direct TV doesn't use Satellite and messages..... "Streaming..Recording not available"

My LR TV will not record and a message says the picture is Streaming and not off the Satellite so I cannot Record anything.

I know my Dish is working as my BR TV works properly and is not streaming and I can record on that TV.  I tried powering off the box for the LR tv to see if it would re-boot but nothing changed. Could there be an issue with the Box? Can I exchange the Box at a Direct TV location or must I call for service?
