Diagnostic code 48-747 error

This error came up when removing the existing DTV receivers and replacing it with a genie and clients. The dvr is fine but each client has this code as network interference performance issues. Individual receivers works fine just the clients have issues. 

where do I look for fixing this?

What is the model number of the Genie receiver, as well as the individual Genie clients? What were the model numbers of your prior receivers? How did you acquire the new equipment? Usually, when upgrading equipment, directv may send out a technician to ensure that the installation procedure goes smoothly. 

That error code indicates that the signal over the coax/wirelessly is too weak for the clients to properly receive info from the main Genie. This could be related to a Genie receiver issue, coax wiring issue, faulty WVB, etc.
