Deleting Local DVR Recordings from the DirecTV App

Been running with a DirecTV satellite system for about nine years (DVR-enabled Genie with three Geni Minis). We recently switched from the three Genie Mini devices to the DirecTV app running on Roku devices.  The transition is going well, but we have found we cannot delete local DVR recordings on our main Genie from the DirecTV app.  All of the Rokus running the app are on the same Wifi SSID and network subnet as the main Genie. I already had all of the DVR permissions wide open for the Genie Minis so I do not think that is the issue.  However, I have included pictures of those settings in case I am missing something (entirely probable).  Should we be able to delete local Genie DVR recordings from DirecTV apps running on devices on the same home network?  If so, what am I doing wrong?  What setting needs to be tweaked?
