Construction for Multi-Family
I need some guidance on the requirements associated with incoming main lines for (2) multi-family buildings on one lot.

You need to contact a MDU contractor.

If not separate residences then this has to be setup by a Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) contractor/dealer. These installs and maintenance are not setup by DirecTV but the 3rd party MDU contractor instead.
DirecTV only directly installs and services single-home installs where there is no mixing of cabling with other customers.

Thank you for the comments. I understand the units would be set up by an MDU but wouldn't the incoming main line sizes be established by DirecTV? These would be the lines coming into a low voltage room so then the low voltage consultant/contractor could design the connection of all the units. That's how I've done it in the past at least

DTV doesn't have anything to do with MDU installs, the MDU installs the dish and whatever else is needed.
