While I love my satellite tv service with DIRECTV , I am so frustrated and angry with their customer service! I had a Gemini installed almost 3 weeks ago and as soon as the installer left it didn’t work so I’m stuck with no tv. Two other visits later and it still doesn’t work and I have had NUMEROUS appointments with no shows and no calls! Again today I had an appointment and called to confirm and surprise surprise they didn’t have me in for one today! They tried to tell me that the subcontractor tried to call me to reschedule but funny how I had not one missed call! This is the absolute worst customer service I have EVER dealt with and they still haven’t solved my problem! All I want is my original equipment back so let’s see if they show up for their next appointment! I really don’t want to go to cable but if they don’t show up again then I guess I’ll have no choice! And if you have an issue, don’t believe that they’re going to inform they’re supervisor because they obviously don’t care!

I have a Gemini does yours hook up in the back in one of those input.. I have DIRECTV streaming. I didn’t know you can use it for satellite too.. I was just curious. I hope you get your answers that you need and your problem solved on your tv I know it can be very frustrating not to watch your tv that your paying for. But not to start any drama but years ago I had problems with AT&T u-verse not working in my home they sent someone out cause the couldn’t fix it over the phone and since someone out and then I got my bill and they charge me $99 for the tech to come out to my house. I called over and over again talked to supervisors and everything they would not take it off . So what i did I got in touch with FCC and made a complaint. The next day I got a call from the vice president of AT&T. He wiped that $99 charge off and my wiped my month bill.. Some time you have to do what you gotta do to make these companies at right and stop giving you the run around
