Channels now missing on DirecTV App

We are a current DirecTV sattelite customer and had our Genie box replaced today due to a recent lightning storm.  Now, a specific channel is missing from our lineup when streaming via the app.  We have NBC Sports Bay Area (channel 696) as part of our sattelite package and immediatly after the technician left our home, this channel disappeared from the app.  We were in the middle of watching the San Francisco Giants game and then the channel was just gone, but we can still get it on the Genie box.

Any ideas?
