Changing transponder

Hello,

My Directv started giving message about lost signal 771, watch in low resolution error.  It was working fine without any issues.

Then I noticed it started muting channel randomly.

I adjusted satellite and numbers are in 90s but they are not stable.  They keep going in and out.

Is it possible that trees are blocking signal when branches are moving.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.  I reset SWIM and refreshed receiver.

You need to check the signal readings on all of the satellites ... 99, 101, and 103º. It's quite possible that trees have grown or leafed out to block some signals. Or perhaps the dish moved slightly.

Hey @Cyneitha. Error code 771 indicates that your dish isn’t communicating with the satellite. For troubleshooting tips, check out: Get help with DIRECTV error code 771 | DIRECTV Support If technical assistance is needed, contact us here: directv.com/customer-service Rizza, DIRECTV Community Team

Moved to the DirecTV forum since DIRECTV STREAM is not satellite.
