Can not control sonos model s19 with my directv remote

What is the DIRECTV receiver model as well as the model of the remote control? Remote control model is at the top left and starts with RC.

The Reciever is HR54-700 and the remote is RC73

Unfortunately that remote can only control TVs, it can't control secondary devices like soundbars.

Thanks for your help.  I have tried to select Sonos in the remote setup, but Model S19 is not listed, so I selected "I don't know the model number"  and the setup says success - but sound adjust on the remote will not work on the soundbar.

The Best Buy Geek Guy, says something about ARC will not work and I will have to use a separate control for the soundbar.  Says I need to contact DirecTV.

You can definitely purchase another third party Universal remote to control the soundbar, such as the Logitech Harmony remote.

OK, I reprogrammed the remote to use audio TV not the soundbar - audio reverts back to the soundbar and the remote can be used on DirecTV remote
