Camellia Place Resident help Needed

Hello,

We have a resident at Camellia Place, 294 Rope Mill Rd., apt 215, Woodstock, GA 30188 who needs a technician to come and resolve his direct tv needs. It is not allowing him to view all his channels in conjunction to his ROKU. I called all five numbers given and nothing no help. I asked for a supervisor and the person refused to.

How do we get a technician to  come out and resolve the ISSUES?

This is a public customer-to-customer forum and you have just posted someone's information for the public to see.  We cannot help you here you have to talk with customer service, unfortunately. The phone number for customer service is at the bottom of my post.  Just for your information if this person is a streaming customer they do not send technicians for streaming issues only for Satellite installations and repairs.  Also, if you posted what issue the person is having with their Roku we might be able to help without customer service.

This maybe an MDU (Mutlti Dwelling Unit) so you need to contact the MDU company that has the contract to service it.  DTV only allows the account holder or authorized users to request service calls if this is single apt/condo with a DTV account.
