Cable lines buried

For over six months I have been trying to get our cable lines buried in our backyard. Every time I talk to someone with either AT&T or DirectTV I get the run around and transferred/given the number to someone else to call. They had me call the utility company initially to ensure there were good to dig and that was ok’d, the satelitte was put in the ground, but cables were not. I don’t understand why this is such a big issue and why I can’t get a straight answer or someone can just come out and get this done. What’s the hold up here?

We recommend that you contact our Buried Wire Team. You can call them at (8009249420). They will give you more information on when the line is going to be buried, as well as why it is taking so long to bury it.
