Apps for streaming buried too deeply and don’t work well
I got my new Gemini this week, and it is barely different from my old Genie 2. It is clear that this is still a satellite device with streaming as an afterthought. I enjoy putting Pandora on my TV when I’m not watching a show and I counted 16 clicks of buttons on the remote to get to that app. And when I use the app, it plays one song and then stops. Do better DirecTV!

Hi @Dredding. Thank you for the feedback. We're constantly improving and bringing more features for you to enjoy. Here's more information about the Gemini technology: https://www.directv.com/technology/gemini
To cut down the clicks, you can either launch Pandora from the "Apps 💎" button in the bottom left corner of your remote. Check it out here: https://www.directv.com/support/satellite/article/000091356 or use the Google Voice Assistant.
If there's an issue with the app functionality itself, you can try to uninstall/reinstall it. Here's how: https://www.directv.com/support/article/000091427 Jairo, DIRECTV Community Specialist

It started out as a streaming box for DTV streaming and then they added sat service.
