App Library issues
We upgraded the receiver a few months ago to the Genie 2 and since then my Directv App doesn’t have the updated library of my recordings. It still shows recordings from the old receiver. The app says that the receiver is not connected to the internet but it is. Called Directv and a “ticket” was put in but radio silence for a month. In searching this site I know that this has been an issue with others and was wondering if anyone has found a solution!

When DTVhelp sends you a PM/DM a box appears at the top of this page near the bell icon when you are logged into this forum. In order to PM/DM DTVhelp you have to go to one of DTV's social media websites.
