772 No guide data. Signal or broadcast issue. Occasionally seen after rain fade.

This error may be due to the following: New programming was just added, The receiver was just installed, or activated Local channel (DMA) changes due to a move or address update. Since rebooting doesn't resolve the issue, please DM us, and we'll investigate this further. Sitte, DIRECTV Community Specialist

What is the receiver model? How long has this been an issue? Have there been any reset changes or weather conditions?

Often caused by a satellite reception problem. Check your satellite signal readings and post them back here.
