Will need more information then what you have provided. What device? Live or On demand or both? All content or just a certain channel or media?

It's HR54/700 with Genie. Happens when we request "watch from beginning." for a show already in progress. What's most frustrating is that the code can't be found anywhere on internet.

You posted in the DIRECTV STREAM forum, moving to DIRECTV SATELLITE.

Does your HR54 work with On-Demand? Are the four bars at the top left all lit up? How is your HR54 connected to the Internet, via a wired connection or wireless Wi-Fi? Does 'start from beginning' work on any other channels?

Streaming services tailor the resolution to your internet speed, DTV sends the entire program at the resolution it was made in.
