Won’t log me in with correct password

I have tried multiple times to login in with the correct password and it wouldn’t let me login due to incorrect login info. So, I reset the password, tried to login in again and to no avail. I have tried every troubleshooting technique I’ve seen (deleting app, updating device, clearing cache, etc) and still have been unsuccessful. It works on other devices but not mine. Is there a reason for this, perhaps too many devices logged on? Or a solution?

Hello @clairer. Let's check what's going on with your DIRECTV account.

Have you tried using a compatible browser
? Some browsers will not let you login since the DIRECTV website is not supported.

Is there a chance that you have other DIRECTV/AT&T services that might affect your current DIRECTV credentials? If so, we suggest that you verify your credentials are not used by other services.

In case your situation persist, please share with us a picture of the error you're getting while you try to login.

I have attempted to log in in several ways, through streaming apps, Google, Safari, and the TV provider feature on my device. I do not have another DIRECTV/AT&T account, this is the only one I use. 


It wont let me attach a picture but the error says, “Check your entry and try again. Keep in mind you’ll have to reset your password after too many unsuccessful sign-in attempts. Care code: 201 [LU100].” 

I follow these instructions and attempt logging in with the correct password and username with the same notification every time.

it says " Your account already has access id EXISTING_TITAN_SLID_EITH_OWNER_ROLE_FOUND associated with it, please sign in with that Id (RBE046)

Just to clear up, have you tried to delete cookies and cache? This troubleshooting process helps you refresh your page. Additionally, please confirm us which browsers have you used to access to your DIRECTV online account.

Yes I just did right now & it still isn't working. & So far I have tried Safari on my iphone, the app, & chrome.

Can’t connect to Directv Stream on two tv’s. Username is correct and changed password. Was able to connect to my account but not on tv. It keeps giving me “Incorrect user ID or password. Try again. Care Code: 201”

This is an old post in the DirecTV Satellite Forum. There's a different Forum here for DirecTV Stream issues. Were you previously a satellite customer?  If yes, you want to be sure to use a different email address for your Stream account.
