Just spoke with DirecTV as I'm getting them too. It's a scam. Do not give out any information. They stated to hang up and call them directly to verify of any issues as they do not call customers unless they have a repair ticket.
I got a call from this number two weeks ago. They just started asking me all kinds of random questions. They're scammers trying to pull something, so I just hung up on them!
